Do Not Trust This Daycare Not the Right Choice if You Care About Your Child’s Well-being, False Claims and Unprofessional Behaviour I strongly advise against enrolling your child at this daycare center. If you value your child’s safety, development, and overall well-being, this is Not the place for you. I had serious concerns about a specific employee’s behavior (frequent yelling and frightening, threatening to call the police as a scare tactic and a way to scare kids into compliance) which I expressed them to the management first & then to the executive, but instead of addressing the issue, they ignored it and when I insisted to be heard, they unlawfully terminated my child’s care. They falsely claimed that I had been “harassing their staff.” This accusation is completely untrue. All I did was express valid concerns (by phone/email) about the care my child was receiving, and rather than deal with the issue professionally, they chose to label my actions as “harassment”. It became clear to me that the center’s focus is more on protecting their unfit, unqualified low-paid & unlicensed childcare staff rather than addressing the parent’s legitimate concerns and ensure kids receive the best care. This lack of professionalism and failure to ensure a safe environment speaks volumes about the Center’s main priorities.I strongly urge parents to carefully consider other options and find a more responsible and professional daycare provider
