He's been teaching dance, Zumba and Latino dances from around the world to beginners and advanced dancers for years. Classes are so much fun you forget that you're working out. In addition to a mirrored dance floor, he has a fully equipped gym with lots of different machines. He puts together programs for groups of all ages and for individuals with specific needs, helping people build their strength or their work on their core. For the self-motivated, he designs circuits to follow at will. He also offers yoga classes at his gym. I am currently taking a Latino-based dance class with him. Our group is composed of individuals with no or limited dance training to those with a more advanced dance background. He carefully breaks down the steps so everyone can follow easily. And when he teaches his more advanced classes, the skies the limit! If you want personalized training or a group experience, Joel is the guy to see.
