A Terrible store. I'm reviewing the store on Ouellette Ave., Windsor, On...A few weeks ago, I walked in, wearing a toque that I bought their a few days before. I purchased some items, but one of the employees kept giving me dirty looks as I was cashing out. Once outside, I took a photo of the sign that showed the hours of operation. That employee thought I was taking a photo of her, why I don't know, she's Not attractive ! They called the police, but I was gone. The next night, I returned. Again, wearing the toque. I had a few items in the shopping cart when I saw 2 Windsor police officers approaching me. I took my toque off. They advised me of the complaint, and I made my statement. I asked if I was not allowed to shop their again, to which the officer said the employees said nothing to the fact. I left the store, without the goods in the shopping cart I wanted to buy. Today (Tues,Jan.22/2019, 2pm) As I walked in, 3 employees told me to leave, I was banned. I informed them that this issue was dealt with a few weeks ago with the Windsor Police. They called 2 more employees to the front of the store, where I was located. They too asked me to leave. I asked them for an official notice, to which they couldn't provide. I asked them why they didn't tell the police that when I was their the other night. I specifically had the police officer ask if I was allowed back. He said yes I was, in fact, I was allowed to keep shopping. How bizarre ! I don't appreciate this type of treatment, in fact, I find it very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint to numerous social media sites, as well as official businesses such as the Better Business Bureau. I also request a call or email from head office. Thank you.
