I sent one of my staff to pick up some products, she arrived at the store at 4:15 and they close at 5 the girl was counting the cash and told her that she couldn't cash her out for another 15min, then she was told that they close the till at that time and then reopen it, at that point my girl said that she was using her debit card and it didn't matter, but she was told that they couldn't cash her out, so she had to leave without the product as she had to be at work
