I was ignored by staff I could see they were busy but made eye contact and said good morning/Still Ignored. I finally went to the do it yourself purchase 2 for $20. I spent 20 minutes choosing the flowers then forced to use self check out. The bouquets kept coming up at $12 each. Clerk called floral department after much discussion I was told what I chose was not in the special price category. I told them that was where I found them and that they should be moved. I told the clerk to keep all the flowers I had chosen and drove to a local florist where I was assisted with attention and a smile
